Hubvane provides done-for-you marketing automation and related services for businesses. The specific deliverables, fees, and any service-level details are set out in your individual order or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. One-time setup or build fees are non-refundable once work has begun. You may cancel recurring plans with notice as described in your agreement; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
We provide the campaigns, automations, and setup described — not guaranteed business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control. Any examples or statistics we share are for illustration and are presented with their sources where applicable.
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for obtaining proper consent for any contacts you ask us to message, and for complying with applicable laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) in your own outreach.
Hubvane retains ownership of its templates, systems, and methods. You retain ownership of your brand, content, and customer data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubvane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
